Services & Fees

Specialized support for adults, teens, and children whose lives have become limited by emetophobia—the fear of vomiting. Together, we work toward less avoidance, fewer safety behaviors, and greater freedom in everyday life.

Initial Consultation

$450 | 90 minutes

The initial consultation gives us time to understand how emetophobia affects your life or your child’s life and develop a clear starting point for treatment.

We’ll explore your history, current concerns, triggers, avoidance patterns, and safety behaviors—the things you do to prevent illness or feel more certain that you won’t vomit. We’ll discuss how these patterns can maintain fear and how exposure and response prevention (ERP) can help.

Together, we’ll identify treatment goals and begin building a personalized exposure plan with manageable first steps.

For children and teens, part of the consultation includes time with parents or caregivers to discuss how to support progress at home, respond to reassurance seeking, and reduce accommodations that keep anxiety going.

Ongoing Therapy

$250 | 55 minutes

Sessions focus on gradually approaching feared situations, reducing safety behaviors, and changing your response to anxious thoughts and uncertainty.

Treatment is collaborative and tailored to your needs. You’ll leave with practical exercises to use between sessions so progress extends into daily life. Parent involvement is included as appropriate when working with children and teens.
